It occurs from an awareness of the individual energy levels we each experience, an understanding of how our core thoughts directly influence our emotions and actions/inactions, and an ability to use this information to consciously choose how we show up in life.
What is the Energy Leadership Index Assessment and how can it help me?
The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment is a tool popularized by Forbes Executives and used by the world’s top leaders and creative visionaries. It is an attitudinal assessment that measures your overall leadership capabilities. The ELI provides valuable insights into your perceptions, attitudes, beliefs and actions, where these are holding you back, and how to use this awareness to shift your energy and move forward.
Personality assessments such as Myers-Briggs or D.I.S.C can be helpful with understanding your strengths and weaknesses, however they often label people as a specific personality type and suggest how you can adapt your behaviors to work best with what you have.
The ELI Assessment is an attitudinal assessment; instead of labeling you, it measures your current level of energy, or actions, based on the beliefs you hold. Because these perceptions are subjective and based on past experiences - they can be altered - meaning that once you are aware, you can make conscious and transformational shifts towards positive change.
How does it work?
The online assessment consists of 84 questions and will take you about 20-30 mins to complete. Your results are analyzed in detail and a personal report is prepared for our debrief session. During this 2-hour session, we'll review your results and discuss the seven different levels of energy, each associated with specific thoughts, emotions and actions/inactions. We’ll look at how your unique Energetic Profile - your mix of energy levels and the way you ‘show up’ in different situations - is impacting your satisfaction and leadership potential. With this awareness we will discuss opportunities and plans for your future development in any area(s) that you wish to make changes.
